The spreadsheet can
finally rest.
Every role you’ve saved, every resume version you sent, who’s replied and who’s gone quiet — one calm table, from “Not Applied” all the way to “Offer Received.” No more row 94. No more “wait, did I already apply here?”

yes — even the rejections belong in here. closure counts.
Each job gets its own little war room.
Open any tracked job and you’ll find the must-have requirements, responsibilities, and skills pulled from the original posting — right next to your status control, your tailored resume, and a cover letter button.
When you apply, flip the status to Applied. When they reply, flip it again. Six months from now, you’ll know exactly which resume went where — a small mercy your future self will thank you for.

Things people ask about job tracker.
Why not just keep using my spreadsheet?+
Because your spreadsheet doesn’t hold the actual job posting, the tailored resume you sent, and the cover letter that went with it — all linked, all searchable. The tracker does. The spreadsheet was a brave soldier, but it can rest now.
How do jobs get into the tracker?+
Three ways: import from our job feed with one click, paste a URL from any job board, or use the browser extension’s “Import Job” button while you’re looking at a posting. However they arrive, they land in the same place.
Can I track jobs I applied to elsewhere?+
Yes — import any posting by URL and set its status to Applied. The tracker doesn’t care where you applied; it cares that you know what happened next.
Know where every application stands.
Import your first job in thirty seconds. Your future self says thanks.
